Terms of Use

Last updated: June 30, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the GramBook mobile application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The app

GramBook rewrites text you enter into playful, platform-styled versions for entertainment and creative purposes. Outputs are generated by an on-device model and may be inaccurate, odd, or unintentionally funny. They are provided as-is, for your own use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use GramBook to create or distribute content that harasses, threatens, defames, or endangers others, or that is otherwise unlawful. The app includes basic guardrails, but you are responsible for what you write and what you do with the outputs. What you post is between you and your followers.

Not affiliated with any platform

GramBook is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, Snapchat, or any other platform. Platform names are used only to describe writing styles.

Purchases

GramBook is a one-time paid app sold through the Apple App Store. All purchases, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under its terms.

No warranty

GramBook is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that outputs are accurate, appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or anything you post using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the app will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
